Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach Physics classes to students in grades 11 and 12, using innovative and engaging methods to promote hands-on learning.
- Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans, incorporating real-world examples and case studies to illustrate key concepts.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure student progress and understanding.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Physics with other subjects, such as mathematics and chemistry.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
- Engage with the local community through outreach programs, science fairs, and workshops to promote Physics education and awareness.
- Participate in staff meetings, contributing to the development of school policies and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Physics education, attending workshops and conferences as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in Physics (M.Sc.) with B.Ed/D.El.Ed from a recognized university.
- Minimum 4 years of teaching experience as a PGT in Physics.
- Strong knowledge of Physics curriculum and teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
