Daily Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging physics lessons tailored to students’ understanding levels. Prepare clear, concise notes and visual aids to support classroom instruction. Monitor student progress in real-time to address any difficulties promptly. Organize small group discussions to encourage interactive learning and problem-solving.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop and update lesson plans based on curriculum standards and student feedback. Collaborate with other subject teachers to ensure cohesive learning experiences across disciplines. Participate in departmental meetings to discuss teaching strategies and curriculum improvements. Assess student performance through quizzes, projects, and practical experiments.
Periodic Responsibilities
Conduct regular parent-teacher interactions to discuss student progress and areas needing support. Organize physics-related workshops or science fairs to enhance students’ practical skills. Prepare and submit periodic reports on student achievements and challenges.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a graduate degree in Physics or a related field. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to teach at this level. Minimum two years of teaching experience in physics or a science-related subject. Familiarity with TET/CTET guidelines is preferred but not mandatory.
