Plan and teach advanced physics courses for senior students, ensuring alignment with the latest CBSE and state board syllabi. Develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate modern teaching methods, including experiments, demonstrations, and interactive projects. Assess student performance through continuous evaluation, including practical exams and project-based assessments, while maintaining a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with subject coordinators and other teachers to enhance interdisciplinary learning opportunities, particularly in physics-related subjects. Stay updated on educational trends, curriculum updates, and innovative teaching tools to improve student outcomes. Organize extracurricular activities like science fairs, quiz competitions, and guest lectures to foster a passion for physics among students.
Prepare and maintain detailed teaching resources, including worksheets, lab manuals, and digital presentations, to support both in-class and remote teaching. Act as a mentor to junior teachers, sharing best practices and refining their teaching skills. Ensure compliance with school policies on safety protocols, especially in physics lab settings, to protect students during experiments.
Qualification
Hold a postgraduate degree in Physics with at least a second-class or equivalent. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to qualify for the role. A valid TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory for this position.
Experience
A minimum of three years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level or above is essential. Prior experience in a reputed school or educational institution in Meerut or Uttar Pradesh is highly desirable. Demonstrate a strong ability to engage students with complex physics concepts, making them accessible and enjoyable.
Salary and Employment Type
