PGT Political Science Teacher Job in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh | School Recruitment
Job Overview
The Kuber Public School Meerut invites applications for the position of PGT Political Science Teacher to join our faculty team.
What You Will Do
1. Teach Political Science to classes XI and XII, following the CBSE curriculum.
2. Prepare and deliver lesson plans, assessments, and projects to cater to diverse learning needs.
3. Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain records.
4. Develop and implement co-curricular activities, excursions, and project work.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
6. Conduct extra classes and provide guidance to students as needed.
7. Participate in staff development programs and workshops to enhance teaching skills.
8. Maintain class records, attendance, and performance reports.
9. Contribute to school events, such as debates, essay competitions, and seminars.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Political Science or a related field (M.A., M.Sc.)
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree with a minimum of 50% marks
- UGC-NET or UGC-CSIR NET qualified (not mandatory but preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Valid TET/CTET certificate (not mandatory but preferred)
Good to Have:
- Experience in teaching CBSE curriculum
- Knowledge of educational technology and digital resources
- Familiarity with co-curricular activities and extracurricular programs
