Role Summary
The PGT Zoology Teacher will be responsible for:
- Teaching Zoology to students, preparing lesson plans, and delivering engaging lectures.

- Providing coaching to students for board exams, helping them to achieve academic success.
- Assessing student performance, providing feedback, and improving teaching strategies.
- Collaborating with other teachers to develop and implement school policies and programs.
- Participating in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school events.
- Maintaining discipline and order in the classroom, ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Keeping up-to-date with developments in Zoology, incorporating new ideas and approaches into teaching.
- Supervising laboratory sessions, ensuring student safety and equipment maintenance.
Eligibility Criteria
The ideal candidate should have:
- A post-graduate degree in Zoology (M.Sc) from a recognized university.
- A B.Ed. degree from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the secondary or senior secondary level.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have qualified in the TET or CTET exam.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
