The teacher will also assist in organizing school events like dance performances, cultural fests, and inter-house competitions, ensuring smooth coordination with other faculty members. Regular feedback sessions will be conducted to assess student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education with either a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of two years of teaching experience, preferably in dance or related arts, is essential. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills, patience, and a commitment to nurturing artistic talent in young minds. Experience in working with diverse student groups is a plus.
