About This Role
S.g World School is expanding its Primary Section with a PRT Evs Teacher who can blend environmental studies with digital tools. The role focuses on nurturing curiosity about nature and sustainability among young learners. Classroom sessions will use interactive methods to make learning about our surroundings engaging and practical.
Pedagogy and Tools
Teaching at S.g World School uses smart boards, Google Classroom, and an LMS for blended learning. Lessons are designed to include short videos, quizzes, and project uploads to keep students connected beyond school hours. These tools help track progress and encourage participation from every child.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare weekly Evs lesson plans aligned with NCERT themes and school curriculum. Conduct hands-on activities such as soil testing, water conservation projects, and nature walks in the school garden. Integrate digital worksheets and online quizzes on Google Classroom after every topic.
Assess students using smart board quizzes and upload results on the LMS within 24 hours. Organize monthly Evs exhibitions where students display models on waste management or solar energy. Conduct parent-teacher meetings using video calls when required to share student progress.
Collaborate with the IT coordinator to update digital content for Evs topics. Attend bi-weekly staff meetings to share feedback on teaching tools and student responses. Maintain a digital portfolio of student projects for school records.
Who Can Apply
Graduates in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree are eligible. Candidates with two years of teaching experience in Evs for primary classes will be preferred. Familiarity with smart boards and basic digital tools is necessary for this role.
