Conduct class observations to assess student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed. Engage students with fun activities like poetry recitals, debates, and cultural events to keep learning exciting.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Coordinate with the Hindi department to integrate regional Uttar Pradesh traditions and folklore into classroom activities. Participate in school events like Diwali celebrations, Hindi Diwas, and inter-house competitions to promote language pride. Collaborate with other teachers to design cross-curricular projects that enhance Hindi proficiency, such as essay writing or skits. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assignments, and progress reports for school documentation.
Periodic Responsibilities
Attend monthly teacher meetings to discuss curriculum updates and teaching strategies. Organize parent-teacher interactions to share student achievements and address learning gaps. Participate in school-wide workshops or training sessions focused on improving teaching techniques in Hindi.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a specialization or substantial experience in Hindi teaching. Possess a TET/CTET certificate as a strong preference. Minimum three years of teaching experience in schools, preferably in Hindi or related subjects. A strong command of Hindi language, both written and spoken, with knowledge of regional dialects is essential.
Salary and Location
