As a PRT Hindi Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the Hindi curriculum to ensure students achieve academic excellence in the subject.
- Providing expert guidance and coaching to students preparing for board exams.
- Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans to foster a love for Hindi among students.
- Assessing and evaluating student performance to inform instructional decisions.
- Collaborating with colleagues to design and implement school-wide initiatives.
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being.
- Participating in school events and activities to promote Hindi language and culture.
- Providing support to colleagues and students as needed.
- Staying updated with curriculum changes and developments in Hindi education.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A B.Ed. degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching Hindi at a school level.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Hindi language, literature, and culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
