Responsibilities
- Design and deliver interactive Hindi lessons for classes 6 to 8, ensuring alignment with the state syllabus and school objectives.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessment tools that cater to diverse learning styles and promote critical thinking.
- Conduct regular formative assessments, maintain accurate attendance records, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate Hindi across interdisciplinary projects, enhancing overall student experience.
- Participate in school events, cultural programs, and language competitions, representing Wisdom Global School with enthusiasm.
- Maintain a tidy, resource‑rich classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
- Update parents on student progress through newsletters, meetings, or digital platforms, ensuring transparent communication.
- Attend professional development workshops and training sessions to stay current with Hindi teaching methodologies.
- Contribute to curriculum development committees, offering insights on curriculum updates and resource needs.
- Uphold school policies on discipline, safety, and academic integrity while fostering a supportive learning atmosphere.
Qualification and Experience
- Graduate degree in any discipline; B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably with Hindi as the primary subject.
- TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong command of Hindi grammar, literature, and modern usage.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
Salary and Location
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs.14,000 to Rs.24,000.
