Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for mathematics classes
- Use differentiated instruction to cater to the diverse needs of students
- Provide individual support to students who require extra help
- Use technology to enhance mathematics learning and make it more engaging
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement mathematics projects
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote mathematics education
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student motivation and engagement in mathematics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- Teaching experience of at least 2 years
- Familiarity with mathematics curricula and pedagogy
- Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds and abilities
