Organize field trips, quizzes, and model-making sessions to bring Social Science concepts to life.
Assess student progress through regular assignments, unit tests, and classroom observations.
Collaborate with grade-level teams to share best practices and develop interdisciplinary projects.
Communicate student progress to parents during PTMs and through progress reports.
Participate in school assemblies, cultural events, and inter-house competitions as a Social Science representative.
Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions to enhance teaching skills.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Social Science for primary classes.
Familiarity with NCERT Social Science syllabus for grades 1 to 5 preferred.
Ability to create simple teaching aids and use basic classroom technology is an advantage.
