Day-to-Day Responsibilities
A typical week for this position involves delivering structured lessons on algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus, tailored to meet the curriculum standards. You will prepare engaging classroom activities, including group discussions, experiments, and real-world applications of mathematical concepts to enhance student understanding.
The daily routine also includes assessing student performance through quizzes, homework, and periodic tests. Collaborating with the school’s curriculum team to refine teaching methods and adapting lessons based on student feedback ensures continuous improvement in the learning process.
Recurring Responsibilities
Maintaining a well-organized classroom environment is a priority, which includes managing student behavior, distributing study materials, and ensuring all teaching resources are readily available. Periodic Responsibilities
Throughout the academic year, you will conduct unit tests, mid-term exams, and final evaluations to measure student performance. These assessments help identify strengths and areas needing improvement, allowing for targeted interventions.
Periodically, you will attend workshops or training sessions organized by the school or district education boards to stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies and curriculum updates.
