Many of our students are first-generation learners, and they face unique challenges in their daily lives. As a Painting Teacher, you will be working with students who may have limited exposure to art, making your role even more significant in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Painting lessons to students from Class VI to Class VIII
- Encourage students to explore their creativity and imagination through various Painting techniques
- Collaborate with teachers from other subjects to integrate art into the curriculum
- Engage with parents through regular progress updates and parent-teacher meetings
- Participate in school events and exhibitions to showcase student art work
- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student well-being
- Utilize technology to enhance the learning experience and engage students
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Painting education
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in Fine Arts or a related field
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in teaching Painting or a related subject
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Passion for art education and a commitment to student success
