* Supervise and manage a team of drivers and conductors to ensure they adhere to school regulations and rules.
* Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure they are in good condition and meet safety standards.
* Coordinate with parents, teachers, and school administrators to plan and schedule transportation arrangements.
* Develop and implement policies to improve transportation efficiency, safety, and student comfort.
* Maintain records of vehicle maintenance, driver attendance, and student transportation data.
* Collaborate with school administrators to address transportation-related issues and concerns.
* Ensure that all transportation activities are in compliance with school policies and government regulations.
* Manage transportation budgets and make recommendations for improvements.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance student safety and well-being during transportation.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this Transport Incharge position, you should have a graduate degree and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
