Oversee vehicle cleanliness and regular maintenance checks with local vendors.
Handle student safety protocols during boarding and deboarding at stops.
Address parent concerns regarding transportation in a professional manner.
Report any vehicle breakdowns or emergencies to the school administration immediately.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in transport management or a related field.
Familiarity with local transport routes in Meerut and nearby areas.
Good to Have
Experience in school transport management.
Knowledge of traffic regulations and safety protocols.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership to manage a team of drivers and support staff.
