K L International School in Meerut seeks a dedicated Werstern Band Instructor to lead the school’s instrumental music program. This role involves guiding students in band practices, fostering creativity through music, and ensuring high standards of performance. The position requires a strong administrative and leadership approach to manage the band’s operations efficiently.
The Werstern Band Instructor will oversee daily rehearsals, coordinate with music teachers, and develop engaging lesson plans. They will also organize school events featuring the band, ensuring smooth logistics and participation. Additionally, this role involves representing the school at local competitions and cultural programs, promoting music as a key part of student development.
A graduate degree with at least three years of relevant experience is required. While formal teaching qualifications like B.Ed or D.El.Ed are not mandatory, a background in music administration or band leadership is beneficial. Strong organizational skills, teamwork abilities, and a passion for music education are essential.
Proficiency in Werstern band instruments or related music theory is preferred. Experience in managing student groups and collaborating with school staff will be highly valued. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs.25,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, along with a supportive environment in Meerut.
