Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Dance curriculum for students in grades 1-8.
- Create engaging lesson plans that integrate technology and innovative teaching methods.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement a school-wide Dance program.
- Utilize digital tools to create interactive lessons, assessments, and feedback mechanisms.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes creativity and self-expression.
- Integrate dance into the curriculum, exploring its connections to other subjects and disciplines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local dance communities and artists to enrich our students' learning experiences.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay updated on best practices and innovations in Dance education.
Qualifications and Digital Literacy Requirements:
- A graduate degree in Dance or a related field (B.Ed./D.El.Ed.).
- Preference will be given to candidates who hold a teaching certification (TET/CTET).
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to create and deliver engaging lessons.
- Familiarity with educational software and digital tools for teaching and learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills for the Modern Classroom:
- The ability to create engaging and interactive lessons that incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet
- The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and students to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Familiarity with educational software and digital tools to create and deliver engaging lessons.

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a salary ranging from Rs.16,000 to Rs.25,000 per month, commensurate with experience. Other benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.
