3. Coordinate and administer school sports events, including tournaments, competitions, and other activities.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with local sports organizations and clubs to promote partnerships and collaborations.
5. Provide leadership and guidance to sports staff, promoting a culture of excellence and high-performance.
6. Manage the school's sports budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support the program.
7. Develop and implement strategies to promote student participation in sports, including outreach and engagement activities.
8. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement programs that promote physical education and sports development.
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for this role, you will need to have a postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as sports management or physical education. You will also need at least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in sports, preferably in a school setting. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is preferred, and TET or CTET certification is not required.
