As a seasoned leader, you will have the opportunity to lead the Art and Craft department at Millennium World School, shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to the institution's mission to provide holistic education. You will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum plans, leading a team of teachers, and ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning.
Strategic Responsibilities
* Develop and implement curriculum plans for the Art and Craft department, ensuring alignment with the school's mission and vision
* Lead a team of teachers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
* Collaborate with other departments to integrate Art and Craft into the broader curriculum
* Develop and implement assessments and evaluations to measure student learning
* Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for students, promoting creativity and self-expression
* Foster partnerships with local art organizations and communities to enrich the Art and Craft program
* Develop and implement a plan for the Art and Craft library and resource center
* Collaborate with the school's administration to develop policies and procedures for the Art and Craft department
* Represent the Art and Craft department in school events and activities
* Develop and implement a plan for professional development for Art and Craft teachers
What You Bring
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed with a specialization in Art and Craft or related field
* 3 years of experience in teaching Art and Craft, with a demonstrated leadership role
* TET or CTET certification preferred
* Strong knowledge of curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and community partners

When I first looked for a school for my little one, I was drawn to Millennium World School because it sits right on the Delhi Highway, just 14 kilometres from Milestone and a stone’s throw from IFTM University in Chaudharpur.
