2. Prepare and manage the school's budget, ensuring that all financial transactions are in compliance with regulations.
3. Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure that financial processes are efficient.
4. Provide financial reports and analysis to the school administration, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
5. Manage the school's cash flow, ensuring that all financial obligations are met on time.
6. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that financial information is accurately reflected in financial reports.
8. Provide guidance and support to staff members on financial matters.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must have a graduate degree in commerce or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and finance is required, preferably in a school or educational institution setting. Proficiency in computer software, including accounting packages and spreadsheets, is essential.
