Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Mtt All Teacher to join our team at Gd Goenka School Muzaffarnagar. As a Mtt All Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in various subjects, developing engaging lesson plans, and assessing student progress. You will also be expected to participate in school events, contribute to curriculum development, and collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans for Mtt subjects
- Teach and mentor students in a supportive and inclusive environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Participate in school events and activities
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices
- Develop and implement assessment and evaluation tools
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Stay updated with curriculum developments and educational best practices
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed with a strong background in teaching
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Strong subject knowledge and expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
