Organize field trips within the school campus or nearby areas to show real-life examples of environmental concepts. Keep these trips safe, short, and educational for five to six year olds.
Conduct regular storytelling sessions that connect folklore and local traditions to environmental themes. Encourage students to speak about their observations at home.
Assess students through informal quizzes, drawings, and group activities rather than formal tests. Share quick feedback with parents during pick-up times or through simple notes.
Collaborate with other NTT teachers to plan cross-subject activities that include Evs topics in art, music, and storytelling.
Maintain a clean, colorful classroom where every corner has an Evs-related display or project. Update these displays every two weeks with student work.
Attend staff meetings and participate in teacher training sessions on new teaching techniques for early learners.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory for this position. Prior experience of teaching Evs to NTT students is essential.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with NTT pedagogy and child-friendly teaching methods. Ability to create simple teaching materials using local resources.
Good communication with parents in Hindi and basic English. Patience to handle the energy and questions of five to six year olds.
Salary and Benefits
