Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct daily NTT Hindi sessions with engaging activities for 3 to 6-year-olds in the classroom. Prepare teaching materials like flashcards, charts, and rhyme books aligned with the Hindi curriculum. Assess students’ progress through informal observations and record developmental milestones in their portfolios.
Organize monthly cultural events where children participate in Hindi recitations, storytelling, or simple dialogues to build confidence. Collaborate with senior teachers to integrate Hindi learning with play-based activities and motor skill development. Maintain a clean, child-friendly classroom with Hindi-themed displays that encourage daily interaction.
Communicate openly with parents about their child’s Hindi learning progress and suggest home-based reinforcement activities. Participate in school-wide training programs to stay updated on early childhood teaching methodologies.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. D.El.Ed or B.Ed with Hindi as a teaching subject is mandatory. Two years of experience in teaching Hindi to pre-primary or early primary classes is required.
Preferred Skills
Fluency in spoken and written Hindi with clear pronunciation for young learners. Ability to create simple, visually appealing teaching aids using local resources. Patience and warmth to handle energetic children while maintaining classroom discipline.
Salary and Benefits
