Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
- One year of teaching experience in early childhood education.
- Fluency in Hindi and basic English.
- Ability to handle classroom management for young children.
Good to Have
- CTET or TET certification.
- Experience with play-way or Montessori methods.
- Knowledge of local curriculum expectations in Uttar Pradesh.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools for early learners.
- Previous experience in Shamli or Muzzaffarnagar schools.
