Role Summary
The Peon at Anglo Vedic Gurukul is the backbone of daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning across administrative and campus support services. This role requires reliability, quick decision-making, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under time constraints. The Peon directly supports leadership and management teams in maintaining order and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and maintain front desk records, visitor logs, and incoming mail distribution for Anglo Vedic Gurukul.
Assist in the preparation and setup of meeting rooms, classrooms, and event venues as directed by leadership.
Conduct regular rounds of the campus to monitor cleanliness, safety, and report maintenance issues immediately.
Coordinate with security staff and transport teams to manage student and staff movement during peak hours.
Handle cash transactions for small purchases, fee collections, and daily administrative expenses securely.
Operate and maintain basic office equipment like printers, photocopiers, and intercom systems efficiently.
Receive and redirect calls, messages, and visitors to the appropriate departments without delay.
Support during school events, examinations, and emergencies by assisting with logistics and crowd control.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have: Postgraduate degree with at least 3 years of experience in school administration or campus support.
Must Have: Fluency in Hindi and English with clear communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff.
Good to Have: Prior experience as a Peon or in a similar support role within a reputed educational institution.
Good to Have: Familiarity with basic computer operations and office software.
Preferred Skills
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders across the school community.
Basic leadership presence to guide junior staff and volunteers during events or emergencies.

Rs.40,000 - Rs.60,000 per month based on experience and role fit.
