Key Responsibilities
- Teach English literature and language to students of Classes 11 and 12
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations
- Engage with parents through regular progress reports and parent-teacher meetings
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and community outreach programs
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum initiatives
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and improve teaching methods
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Participate in school development and planning activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Eligibility Criteria
- Post-graduate degree in English literature or linguistics
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of English literature, language, and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
