PGT Geography Teacher Job in Muzzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh | School Recruitment
Role Summary

The PGT Geography Teacher will design and deliver the senior-secondary Geography curriculum to Classes XI and XII, ensuring alignment with CBSE guidelines.
How You Will Teach
You will conduct Geography Teacher Jobs in Muzzaffarnagar using Google Classroom for assignments, blended lessons on the LMS, and real-time smart board quizzes to gauge understanding. Maples Academy expects you to blend traditional field excursions with GIS-based mapping activities that students upload directly to their portfolios.
What You Will Do
Integrate GIS software such as QGIS into weekly lessons to analyze land-use changes around Muzzaffarnagar.
Create 360-degree virtual field trips of Himalayan ranges and upload them on the LMS for revision.
Run monthly Google Meet sessions with students who miss school due to local festivals or weather.
Maintain an online resource bank of NCERT-aligned maps, diagrams, and case studies for Classes XI and XII.
Use Kahoot! and Quizizz for chapter-wise Geography Teacher Recruitment in Uttar Pradesh style assessments.
Collaborate with the science department to link monsoon patterns with climate change topics.
Conduct parent-teacher interactions via Zoom when physical meetings are not feasible.
Update the school’s Geography blog every fortnight with student project highlights and upcoming fieldwork alerts.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Geography from a recognized university.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed with Geography as a teaching subject.
Minimum two years of Geography Teaching Job in Budhana, Muzzaffarnagar experience at senior-secondary level.
CTET or TET certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
Fluency in using Google Classroom, LMS portals, and smart board software.
