Document student progress and departmental achievements for internal reviews. Prepare performance reports for the principal and senior management. Implement feedback to improve departmental efficiency.
Conduct parent-teacher meetings for music-related concerns. Address feedback from students and parents regarding music programs. Ensure transparency in communication and maintain a positive image of the department.
Ensure compliance with school policies and safety standards during all music-related activities. Train staff on emergency procedures and first aid specific to performance settings. Keep the department’s safety records updated.
