Monitor student performance through periodic evaluations and maintain detailed academic records for each child in the English department. Organize co-curricular English activities such as storytelling sessions, poetry recitation, and public speaking to enhance language exposure.
Collaborate with the school’s academic coordinator to review and update teaching resources, including digital content and audio-visual aids, for better engagement. Lead parent-teacher meetings specifically for English learning progress and suggest home-based activities for reinforcement.
Coordinate with the school’s examination department to ensure smooth conduct of term-end assessments for NTT English. Recommend remedial measures for students lagging in foundational English skills.
What You Bring
Graduation in English or Education required, with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution. Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in English at the primary level, preferably in a reputed school.
TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CBSE English curriculum and early childhood teaching methods is essential.
Eligibility Criteria
