About This Role
As a Non-Teaching Trained (NTT) Hindi Teacher at Delhi Public School Pilibhit, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating learning environment for our students. You will teach Hindi language and literature, and use a variety of pedagogical tools to engage our students.
Pedagogy and Tools
We use a blend of traditional and modern teaching methods at Delhi Public School Pilibhit. Our classrooms are equipped with smart boards, and we use Google Classroom to assign tasks and monitor student progress. Our teachers also use Learning Management Systems to create and share digital resources with students.
What You Will Do
- Prepare and deliver lessons on Hindi language and literature to students in grades 6-12
- Use smart boards to create engaging lesson plans and presentations
- Assign tasks and monitor student progress using Google Classroom
- Use Learning Management Systems to create and share digital resources with students
- Develop and implement assessments to evaluate student learning
- Provide feedback to students on their performance and progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans
- Participate in professional development workshops to enhance teaching skills
- Use blended learning approaches to engage students and promote independent learning
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must have a graduate degree in Hindi or a related field. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is also required. While not mandatory, a degree in Teaching of English Through Hindi (TET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is preferred.
