Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute lesson plans for English covering prose, poetry, grammar, and composition. Conduct regular assessments including quizzes, assignments, and term-end exams to track progress. Organize elocution, debate, and writing competitions to build confidence and fluency among students. Provide remedial support to students struggling with language basics. Collaborate with subject teachers for interdisciplinary projects. Maintain accurate records of attendance, marks, and portfolios. Participate in staff meetings and English department planning sessions. Represent Delhi Public School Pilibhit at local and regional academic events.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate in English with B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized university. Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in English at middle or secondary level. Preference given to candidates with CTET/TET qualification. Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
