Required Qualifications
A postgraduate degree in a relevant field (such as Fine Arts, Education, or related disciplines) is essential. Prior experience in school administration, event management, or arts coordination is highly valued. Proficiency in using basic office software (Word, Excel) and digital tools for documentation is mandatory. No formal teaching qualifications like TET or CTET are required for this role.
Preferred Skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus. Knowledge of local art and craft traditions, especially those relevant to Uttar Pradesh, would be advantageous. Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
