What You Will Do
As a TGT Social Science Teacher at Aysha Public School, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing the Social Science curriculum for classes VI to X.
- Mentoring junior staff members to improve their teaching skills.
- Analyzing board results and suggesting improvements in the Social Science subject.
- Developing educational materials and resources for the Social Science subject.
- Conducting workshops and training sessions for students and teachers on Social Science topics.
- Collaborating with other subject departments to integrate Social Science with other subjects.
- Maintaining student records and assessing their progress in Social Science.
- Participating in school events and activities related to Social Science.
- Developing and implementing policies for the Social Science department.
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
- A postgraduate degree in Social Science or a related field.
- A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in teaching Social Science at the secondary level.
- Preference will be given to candidates with National Eligibility Test (NET) or State Eligibility Test (SET) qualifications.
