4. Prepare detailed career reports for students and parents, including recommended study streams and admission timelines.
5. Coordinate with school administration to integrate career guidance into the academic calendar and extracurricular programs.
6. Provide training to teachers and staff on counseling techniques and career awareness activities.
7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of counseling interventions and suggest improvements.
8. Liaise with external agencies, NGOs and government bodies for skill‑development programs and internships.
Eligibility Criteria
Post‑graduate degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education or related field. Minimum two years of experience in school counseling or youth guidance. Proficiency in MS Office and basic internet research skills. Familiarity with Uttar Pradesh education boards and admission procedures is essential.
