What You Will Do
- Teach Accountancy to classes XI and XII, following the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver lessons, assessments, and exams to evaluate student progress.
- Engage with parents through regular progress reports and parent-teacher meetings to ensure student success.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum design and assessment strategies.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development programs to stay updated with best practices.
- Contribute to the school's efforts in promoting a culture of academic excellence, discipline, and values.
- Participate in extracurricular activities, such as sports and cultural events, to foster a well-rounded educational experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in Accountancy or related field (M.Com, MBA, CA, CMA).
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree required for teaching positions.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in teaching Accountancy.
- Strong academic background and subject matter expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
