As a postgraduate teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English language and literature to students from Classes XI to XII.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging English language and literature lessons to students
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
Prepare and administer quizzes, tests, and exams to evaluate student progress
Develop and implement new teaching methods and strategies to improve student outcomes
Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement English language and literature curricula
Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives
Provide support to students with special needs and learning difficulties
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in English or related field
- Master's degree in English or related field (M.A. English, M.A. in English Literature)
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a postgraduate teacher
Good to Have
- TET or CTET certification preferred
- Experience in teaching English language and literature to students from Classes XI to XII
- Knowledge of modern teaching methods and strategies
