Key Responsibilities
- Teach Hindi Language and Literature to students from Class VI to XII
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Engage with parents to discuss student progress and involve them in the learning process
- Participate in school events and activities that promote language and cultural exchange
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Stay updated with changes in the curriculum and make necessary adjustments to lesson plans
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Hindi or a related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed with a strong background in Hindi teaching
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not essential
