Role Summary
A full-time Post Graduate Teacher in Physics is required at Khelgaon Public School Prayagraj, Sadar. The role is open to experienced post-graduates who can deliver senior secondary Physics curriculum with clarity and confidence. Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver Physics lessons for Classes XI–XII aligned with CBSE guidelines.
Prepare periodic assessments, practical experiments, and demonstration kits for senior secondary students.
Organize Science exhibitions, quiz competitions, and inter-house Physics activities.
Maintain discipline during classes and supervise students in the Physics lab.
Collaborate with the Science department to develop innovative teaching aids.
Submit monthly teaching plans and assessment reports to the Principal.
Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school functions.
Contribute to the school’s annual magazine with Physics-related content.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
Post-graduate degree in Physics with minimum 55% marks.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with specialization in Science.
4 years of teaching experience in Physics at secondary or senior secondary level.
Good to Have
CTET/TET qualified candidates will receive preference.
Experience in CBSE curriculum and lab-based Physics teaching.
Preferred Skills
Strong command of spoken and written Hindi and English.
Ability to design low-cost Physics models using locally available materials.
Willingness to mentor students for national-level Olympiads and competitive exams.
