3. Assess student performance through regular exams, projects, and continuous evaluation to track progress.

5. Maintain discipline and create a respectful learning environment while addressing student queries and doubts promptly.
6. Participate in school events, including seminars, workshops, and extracurricular activities related to political awareness.
7. Prepare and submit monthly progress reports for students, including attendance, academic performance, and behavioral observations.
8. Stay updated on political science trends, research papers, and educational policies to enrich classroom discussions.
To qualify, a candidate must hold a postgraduate degree in Political Science or a related discipline, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. A strong academic background in Political Science, preferably with at least two years of teaching experience, is essential. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly beneficial for career growth.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs. 37,000 to Rs. 55,000 per month in Karchhana, Prayagraj.
