Job Description
PRT Activity Teacher Job in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh | School Recruitment
A N Public School is a place where learning happens not just in classrooms but on the playground, in the art room, and during every creative moment in between. Teachers here are known for their warmth, their willingness to go the extra mile, and their ability to turn even a simple activity into a lesson in curiosity and confidence. The school community thrives on collaboration, with parents, teachers, and students working together to create an environment where every child feels seen and supported.
What it's like to work here
Working at A N Public School means being part of a team that values hands-on learning as much as academic excellence. The school encourages teachers to bring their own ideas to the table, whether it's designing a new sports drill or organizing an art exhibition. You’ll find colleagues who are always ready to share resources, offer feedback, or simply listen after a long day. The atmosphere is professional yet friendly, with a strong emphasis on mutual respect and growth.
Your role in the community
As the PRT Activity Teacher, you will plan and conduct engaging activity sessions that complement classroom learning. You will organize indoor and outdoor activities tailored to different age groups, ensuring every child participates with enthusiasm. You will collaborate with subject teachers to align activities with the curriculum, making learning more interactive and fun. You will maintain activity records, assess student participation, and provide feedback to parents during PTMs. You will also assist in school events like sports days, cultural fests, and inter-house competitions. Your presence will help create a school culture where creativity and physical activity are just as important as textbooks. You will mentor students during activity hours, encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship.
Who fits in here
You are a graduate with at least 2 years of experience in activity teaching, preferably in a school setting. While formal qualifications like B.Ed or D.El.Ed are preferred, what matters most is your passion for working with children and your ability to make learning enjoyable. You should be patient, energetic, and open to trying new ideas in the classroom. A background in art, sports, music, or any creative field will be an added advantage. Above all, you should enjoy being part of a close-knit community where every voice is heard.
What you get
The school offers a competitive salary with no bar for deserving candidates, recognizing both experience and potential. You will receive a structured benefits package that includes health coverage, professional development opportunities, and access to school resources for your own growth. The school also supports teachers in attending workshops and training programs to stay updated with the latest trends in activity-based learning.
How to become part of the team
If you feel ready to bring your energy and creativity to A N Public School, send your updated resume along with a brief note on why you would be a great fit for this Activity Teacher Vacancy in Prayagraj. Include details of your past experience in activity teaching or related fields. The school looks forward to meeting candidates who are as excited about nurturing young minds as they are about shaping a vibrant school community.

About School
I’ve been sending my kids to A N Public School for the past six years, and I can tell you it feels more like a close‑knit community than a big, faceless institution. The campus sits on a quiet stretch of Mahatma Gandhi Road in Pragraj, right in the heart of Prayagraj, and you can hear the hum of the city fading away as soon as you walk through the gates. The school follows the CBSE curriculum, which means the academic schedule is clear...
