Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging Art And Craft lessons to students of different age groups and skill levels.
- Develop and implement differentiated instruction strategies to support students with varying learning abilities.
- Create a visually appealing and organized classroom environment that promotes creativity and curiosity.
- Manage classroom resources, including materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and integrate Art And Craft into the broader curriculum.
- Provide individualized support and feedback to students, encouraging them to take risks and explore their artistic potential.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of student artwork, showcasing their progress and achievements.
- Contribute to the development of Art And Craft programs and projects that promote cultural awareness and appreciation.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay updated on best practices in Art And Craft education.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate degree in Fine Arts, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree; TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching Art And Craft to students of different age groups.
- Strong knowledge of Art And Craft pedagogy and curriculum design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
