Job Description
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Art and Craft lessons that develop creativity, fine motor skills and cultural appreciation among students. Prepare materials, set up workstations and ensure safety standards are maintained during all practical sessions. Assess student work, provide constructive feedback and maintain records of progress. Organise exhibitions, craft fairs and inter‑school art events to showcase student talent. Collaborate with senior staff to integrate art activities with overall school programs and festivals.
Qualification
Graduate degree in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared TET or CTET examinations. A strong portfolio of personal artwork or craft projects is advantageous.
Experience
Minimum two years of full‑time teaching experience in Art and Craft at a school level is required. Experience in managing classroom resources and conducting extracurricular art activities will be valued.
Salary
The monthly remuneration is offered in the range of Rs.13,000 – Rs.22,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
