Job Description
PRT Art and Craft Teacher Position at R N Public School
Teaching Art and Craft at R N Public School in Phulpur, Prayagraj, involves shaping young minds through creative expression. As a PRT, you will design engaging lessons that blend traditional and modern techniques while keeping students inspired. Your role will include crafting lesson plans that align with the school’s evolving curriculum, ensuring each activity meets educational goals.
Curriculum alignment is key here. You must tailor activities to meet age-appropriate learning outcomes, whether through material art, textile work, or mixed media projects. Every lesson should encourage exploration while reinforcing foundational skills in creativity and fine motor development.
Assessment design is another critical aspect. You will create simple yet effective methods to evaluate student progress—observing projects, conducting informal discussions, and documenting improvements over time. Feedback should be constructive, motivating students to refine their techniques.
Tracking student progress is essential for growth. You’ll maintain records of individual strengths and areas needing attention, adjusting activities as needed. This data helps identify trends and ensures every child feels supported in their artistic journey.
Your passion for Art and Craft will drive this role. With a graduate degree and two years of teaching experience, you’ll bring enthusiasm and practical knowledge to inspire students in Phulpur’s vibrant school community.
