You will also participate in regular curriculum reviews to adapt teaching methods based on student feedback and academic performance trends.
Your responsibilities will extend beyond the classroom. You will collaborate with other teachers to create interdisciplinary projects that integrate computer science with other subjects, such as mathematics or science. Organizing extracurricular activities like coding clubs, robotics workshops, or tech-based competitions will further enrich the learning experience. Staying updated with emerging technologies and educational trends will ensure your teaching methods remain relevant and innovative. Additionally, you will assist in preparing students for competitive exams and assessments, including board-level evaluations, to ensure they meet academic benchmarks.
To qualify for this role, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is essential. Holding a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification will be highly beneficial for classroom management and instructional strategies. At least two years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage for demonstrating your commitment to professional teaching standards.
