Day-to-Day Duties
1. Teach Mathematics to students in grades 1-12
2. Prepare and deliver lesson plans and materials
3. Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
4. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
5. Develop and implement Mathematics curriculum
6. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver Mathematics programs
7. Communicate with parents and guardians about student progress
8. Participate in school-wide events and activities
9. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics curriculum and pedagogy
- Experience teaching Mathematics to students in grades 1-12
Good to Have
- TET or CTET certification
- Experience working with students who require additional support
- Familiarity with Mathematics curriculum for Uttar Pradesh schools
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
