Assess student progress through continuous evaluation and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with the Mathematics faculty to refine teaching strategies. Attend departmental meetings to discuss curriculum improvements. Maintain a clean, organized classroom space that fosters a positive learning atmosphere. Ensure compliance with school policies on student safety and discipline. Participate in school events, including sports and cultural fairs, to strengthen community bonds.
Must-haves include a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Science with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Two years of teaching experience in a school setting is essential. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are required. Knowledge of computer applications for educational purposes is beneficial. Familiarity with CBSE or Uttar Pradesh state board syllabus is advantageous.
Effective communication skills, creativity in lesson planning, and patience with diverse learning abilities are key.
