Recurring Responsibilities:
Planning and preparing lesson plans for PE classes, ensuring they meet academic and extracurricular goals. Assisting in school events like sports days, inter-house competitions, and school fests where PE plays a key role. Maintaining equipment like balls, nets, and sports gear to keep the facility operational.
You’ll also monitor student participation, track attendance in sports-related activities, and collaborate with other teachers to integrate PE into overall curriculum planning. Keeping records of student performance in sports can sometimes be part of the role, especially for competitive teams.
Periodic Responsibilities:
Participating in school sports tournaments and representing R N Public School in local or district-level competitions. Organizing smaller workshops or training sessions for students interested in specific sports, such as football or swimming. Reviewing and updating PE syllabus and activity lists to keep content fresh and relevant.
