Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons on Accountancy to students at the senior secondary level
- Prepare students for various competitive exams such as CTET, NET, and UPSC
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to promote student learning
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to improve teaching and learning
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop curriculum and assessment materials
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Participate in school events and activities to promote student engagement and community building
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and developments in the field of Accountancy
- Contribute to school committees and initiatives to promote academic excellence and student development
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Commerce with specialization in Accountancy
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a specialization in Accountancy
- Experience in teaching Accountancy at the senior secondary level
- Strong knowledge of the curriculum and assessment requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to student-centered teaching and learning
