- Conducting practical experiments and demonstrations to enhance student understanding.
- Coaching students for board exams and providing regular feedback.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Collaborating with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide projects.
- Enhancing the school's Chemistry department through professional development and innovative ideas.
- Providing guidance and support to junior teachers and school staff.
- Participating in parent-teacher meetings and maintaining open communication with parents.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Science (Chemistry) or a related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting is required, with a preference for those who have cleared the TET or CTET exams. You should also be well-versed in the State Board syllabus and have a strong understanding of Chemistry concepts.
